Our Services
We offer full-service boba cart rentals for private and corporate events. Your booking includes everything from setup to breakdown. Additionally, you can select from 2-4 options from our menu of gourmet boba. From classic milk teas to refreshing fruit blends, we cater to all tastes and preferences.
Our boba (bubble tea) is made on-site, and is served by your boba-rista! We want to ensure you and your guests enjoy every flavor that is on the menu, so give us any ideas for new flavors we can add for a current or future menu.
Payment & Refunds
Payment: All payments are processed securely through Square, and we never store your credit card information.
Payment Methods:
- Credit/Debit Card (e.g., Visa, Mastercard)
- Digital/Virtual Wallet (e.g., Venmo, Zelle)
- Cash/Checks
Initial Payment (Down Payment): After confirmation of your service choice, we will email a link to complete the Initial Payment Form. This form is your non-refundable "down payment" in order to reserve and confirm your event for the specified date and time.
Remaining Balance: After receiving your Initial Payment Form, you will receive a link to the Remaining Balance Form. This form is remaining payment due for your event. This must be completed within the date received until 2 weeks prior to your event in order to serve at your event (2-7 days for last minute events).
**If you wish to pay your event in full please inform us prior to submission.**
Refunds: All sales are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If we are unable to fulfill the service due to an emergency, you will receive a full refund.
Privacy & Security
We only collect your personal information for booking purposes and never share or sell it. Our website uses SSL encryption, and our payment system is PCI-compliant to ensure your data is safe.
